MDsyncNET "Future of Healthcare" Communications Video Scholarship

We’re looking for students to creatively illustrate, in video format, the benefits of one or more modules of MDsyncNET’s healthcare communications platform: on-call scheduling, broadcast, phone directories, text messaging, medical staff services, committees, forum, and call tracking. 

Any student who is interested in pursuing health science or medical related course is eligible for the $1,000 scholarship.

KAB Broadcast Scholarship Program

The KAB will award up to $2,000 in individual scholarships to next semester's juniors and seniors.

C.W. Gusewelle Journalism Scholarship 

  • Purpose is to encourage excellence in print and broadcast journalism
  • This scholarship rotates between local universities. This year students from the Kansas State University - School of Journalism are encouraged to apply

2018 Tillman Scholars Program 

The Tillman Scholars program unites and empowers remarkable military veterans and spouses as the next generation of private and public sector leaders committed to service beyond self. The fellowship program supports Tillman Scholars with academic scholarships, a national network, and professional development opportunities, so they are empowered to make an impact in the fields of medicine, law, business, policy, technology, education, and the arts.

For the current scholarship cycle, applicants will be notified of results no later than May 2018. Scholarships in 2018 are expected to average $10,000 per academic year, and may cover tuition, fees, books, and living expenses. Tillman Scholars will also receive up to $1,000 in funding for a professional development opportunity of their choice.

Eligible active duty service members, veterans, and spouses are invited to submit applications for the Tillman Scholars program until Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 11:59 p.m.
