C.W. Gusewelle Journalism Scholarship Application
Purpose is to encourage excellence in print and broadcast journalism. For more information click here.
Almost everyone needs financial support to attend college, so scholarships and other financial assistance are very important. There are three pools of scholarship money for students studying journalism and mass communications. One is from the university at large; another is from the A.Q. Miller School itself; and a third comes from outside sources.

The submission deadline is November 1, 2017. We award both merit-based and need-based scholarships. To be considered for the need-based scholarships, make sure you complete your FAFSA by November 1.
You apply for JMC Scholarships by checking a box on the all-university scholarship. We will let you know if you have received a scholarship by the first part of December. In addition, please see other important deadlines listed on the Admissions Office website.
